As we enter this sacred season of Easter — a time of rebirth and renewal — I’ve been reflecting on what it truly means to claim your power.

It’s something we hear often.
Step into your power. Be empowered.

But what does that actually look like?

My Journey Into Queendom

As an empath, I have always felt deeply.

Not just my own emotions — but the emotions of everyone around me.
Their pain can feel like my pain.

And that’s where it becomes challenging.

Because when you can’t clearly feel where you end and others begin, boundaries become hard to hold.

So you adapt.
You soften your truth.
You avoid discomfort.
You give… and give…

Not from weakness — but because feeling others’ pain is overwhelming.

Over time, this creates the wounded healer patterns:

• weak boundaries

• over-giving

• self-abandonment

Until one day, you realize:

You are no longer fully in your own energy.

What Queendom Really Means

Queendom is not a concept.
It is an embodiment.

It is knowing:

• what is yours

• what is not

• where your energy begins and ends

For me, it meant:

• setting boundaries without guilt

• choosing myself in real ways

• honoring my energy as sacred

Queendom is not control.
It is devotion to self.

It is staying open… without losing yourself.

And from that place —
you can truly hold others without abandoning yourself.

With Reiki energy healing — a practice I’ve worked with for over 15 years — supporting balance, clarity, and life force activation.

Followed by Qi Gong moving meditation, allowing energy to flow through the body with intention.

We then move into a deep guided meditation exploring:

• life and death cycles

• release and renewal

• expansion of life force and manifestation energy

We go deeper into the foundations of manifestation:

• your energetic state

• your ability to enter flow

• Is it coming from my mind or my truth?

• What am I ready to claim?

This is about expanding your Queendom — your capacity, your vision, your energetic territory.

Why is this important? Because I grew up during the end of communism — when you couldn’t even leave the Iron Curtain, let alone dream of traveling the world. The thought of swimming with dolphins felt as far-fetched as going to the moon.

So how did I get here?

The short answer: I changed.
✨ What helped me most were books — I read voraciously. First autobiographies, then fiction, and later self-help and mindset books.
✨ Each story I read expanded my idea of what was possible.

That mindset carried me from Bulgaria → Chicago → Los Angeles → and eventually to Hawai‘i. Through countless jobs, interviews, and pivots, the common thread was this: identity shifts.

I had to bridge the gap between being a girl in Bulgaria who wasn’t allowed to travel… to becoming a woman living her dream and swimming with dolphins.

🌱 Was it always easy? No.
🌊 Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Why am I writing this? Because if you have a dream that feels too far-fetched — it is possible. What stands in your way is not the dream itself, but your mindset and your belief in what’s possible.
